Our policy lasts 30 days. After the 30 days since your order, unfortunately you can not refund or give you a change.
To request a return, your product must be unused, and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Credits (if applicable)

Only regular price products can be returned, unfortunately the products on sale can not be returned.
Changes (if applicable)
Products are only replaced if they are defective or damaged. Contact us or email info@campingandsport.com to detail your problem and request a return authorization. Once a return authorization is issued, we'll provide return instruction.
Gifts
If the product was tagged as a gift when purchased and delivered, directly to you, you will receive a credit for the value of your return. When the product is received, a gift certificate will be sent to your email.
If the product was not tagged as a gift, or the gifter had the delivered product and were to give it to you later, a credit will be sent to the gifter and they will be responsible for the return.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs to return your product. Delivery costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your product to be replaced could vary.
If you are returning a product with a value over $75, consider using a traceable delivery service or purchase shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost goods in transit and cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
